Including the following details helps us locate the right account and resolve your request:

your in-game display name, PlayFab ID, or Google Play Games profile name, if available;
your device model and Android version;
a short description of what happened and the steps that led to it;
screenshots of any visible error, without passwords or sensitive payment information; and
for a purchase issue, the Google Play order ID, but never full card details.

Confirm that Android, Google Play services, and the game are up to date.
Check your internet connection before signing in or restoring cloud progress.
Confirm that Google Play Games is using the expected Google account.
Restart the game and device before reinstalling. Reinstalling can remove local-only data.
For purchases, use Google Play’s restore or purchase-history controls and keep the order ID available.
